What Would You Do if you Knew You Could Not Fail

Updated: Jul 6

Discover Yourself. Again.

One of the most important and far-reaching outcomes of the process of career coaching is the opportunity to get back to basics and provide clients with the opportunity to really discover themselves.

Career coaching with Stefanie Ince of March Management in Toronto.

The last few years have provided space and time (whether we were looking for that or not!) for people to reflect on their lives in a way that may not have been possible before the pandemic.

Over the last many months, I've heard from many people interested in career coaching for the first time. They are tired, burnt out, restless, and unsure that they are where they are supposed to be. That inner voice that was so easy to ignore when the world was moving a million miles an hour became louder and louder. People are stepping up to say; I'm not getting what I need here – I want and need more.

One of the questions that I ask is: what you would do if you knew you could not fail.

This question usually stops people in their tracks. We are all so used to saying, "I couldn't do that because of (insert any reason here)"; or, "that's not possible with all of the responsibilities that I have."

But. What if you could?

Usually, once my clients have the time and space to think about this question without the fear and saboteur thinking surrounding it, they dig deep and say something honestly, aloud.

That question often leads to new insights and awareness about what they want or what they fear that wasn't previously available to them.

The Discovery Session that I offer my clients is a foundational career coaching session that focuses on the whole person. Through a series of powerful questions and assessments completed in advance, this 2-hour session will better understand who you are, what matters to you, your strengths and superpowers, and what you want in life and work.

Often clients will try to differentiate between themselves at work and not at work. To that question, I will advise that finding or refocusing on a career life path must begin with digging deep into who you are, where you are now, and where you want to be. The Discovery Session kick-starts this process. At the end of the session, you'll gain critical takeaways that are the building blocks to identify potential career pathways for further exploration.

Are you feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or bored? Or at a midpoint in your career and trying to figure out where to go next? Kick-starting your 2.0 career with a Discovery Session is an excellent opportunity to find your way back to yourself and get clear about how you want to spend your time. I'd love to meet you virtually to help you get back on the right path.

You can book a free 30-minute consultation or get right to it and book a 2-hour Discovery Session today. I'm looking forward to connecting with you!

Sincerely,

Stefanie Ince,
